RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE MANAGER

Position Overview:

Seeking a reliable, punctual, smart, and personable individual to be a front desk receptionist and project assistant for an entertainment company providing VIP fan experience and marketing services for touring artists.

Job Responsibilities:

Answering and routing phone calls
Scheduling meetings
Making travel arrangements
Processing and filing paperwork
Ordering supplies
Handling incoming and outgoing mail – both international and domestic
Keeping records
Maintaining kitchen/common areas
Acting as main point of contract regarding all building related issues
Providing general administrative and functional support
Prepare on-site teams

Job Qualifications:

Experience of work in similar administrative position
Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish
Excellent computer skills (Mac proficient): deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Apple (Mail, Contacts, Calendar), Google Apps (Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Calendar), Adobe Acrobat
Good knowledge and experience of working with office equipment and hardware, as well as troubleshooting
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Experience in music/entertainment industry is a plus
Social media management, experience in creating and running ad campaigns is a plus
Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus
Knowledge of graphic design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) is a plus
Knowledge of video editing software is a plus

Compensation:

Competitive salary and benefits after 3 months of probation
